This Privacy Policy explains how LJ Future Skills protects the privacy of your personal information. LJ Future Skills is required to collect, use and disclose personal information in order to carry out business functions and activities as a coaching college of Robotics and Coding.

Usage and Disclosure of Personal Information
Personal information collected includes, but is not limited to, your full name, address, contact number, e-mail address, gender or other information that we consider necessary to serve your educational needs (e.g. billing, credit card and/or payment information) or when providing employment to you. Please be aware that we may disclose your personal information to other members of staff.

Storage and Security
We store personal information in paper and electronic form and it is regularly reviewed via physical and electronic processes to ensure personal information is protected from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Once we no longer require personal information for business purposes, or as required by legislation, the information is destroyed and de-identified.
Your Rights
You are entitled to access personal information we hold about you provided that you email or write to us (including via our contact form) and your identity is positively established. If the personal information we hold about you is not accurate, complete or up-to-date, you may ask us to correct that personal information. You must always provide accurate information and you agree to update it whenever necessary. You also agree that, in the absence of any update, we can assume that the information submitted to us is correct unless we subsequently become aware that it is not correct. You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
